Two years ago today my darling husband Steve Carne died after a nightmare 3 months in intensive care suffering from acute pancreatitis. It was beyond heartbreaking watching helplessly while he went through hell from this terrible disease for which there is no cure. However due to the generosity of family and friends, we have been able to support the work of Guts UK Charity (link in bio) who are funding research into pancreatic and digestive diseases. Hopefully one day there’ll be a cure so others don’t have to suffer like he did. For 19 years Steve was my partner and best friend, and for the last 5 years he was my darling husband. I will never stop thinking about him, never stop missing him, and never stop loving him.
